I am Michael Wilkins, Founder and CEO of Exceptional Construction and Painting. I am a Licensed Class A Builder, Real Estate Broker, Foreclosure Specialist, and Real Estate Investor. I have dedicated the last 25 years acquiring experience in all facets of Residential and Commercial Construction. I am a proud graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate Broker with a Local Real Estate Firm. Allow my extensive background to help you with your next Project.
